【退換貨政策 / Refund & Exchange Policy】 感謝您在 BambuLab&Blueyes 購物。請詳細閱讀我們的退換貨政策: 1. 不接受常規退貨 (No Returns) 本商店所有商品一經售出,恕不接受因個人因素(如:不喜歡、與想像不符、買錯型號等)之退貨或退款申請。 2. 機器故障換貨流程 (Exchanges for Defective Machines) 若您收到的機器懷疑有質量或功能問題,請於收到商品後 7 天內聯絡我們(電郵:info@hkblueyes.com),並提供相關照片或影片說明。 * 售後檢查:商品必須寄回指定地點進行檢測。 * 換機標準:經本公司或原廠官方檢驗後,確認屬於「機器本身質量問題或非人為故障」,我們將為您安排更換同款新機。 * 運費承擔:經檢查後確認為機器問題之個案,往返的物流運費將由我們全額承擔。

Exchanges for Defective Items If you suspect your machine has a technical issue or defect, please contact us at info@hkblueyes.com within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. * Inspection: The item must be sent back to us for inspection. * Eligibility: If the issue is verified as a manufacturer defect after inspection, we will approve a replacement for a new machine. * Shipping Costs: We will cover all shipping costs incurred for verified defective machine replacements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
