Our goal is to offer you the best shopping and customer experience. Please read our local shipping policy below carefully:

1. 送貨範圍與時效 / Shipping Destination & Delivery Estimates
* 本商店目前主要提供香港本地送貨服務。
  We currently offer shipping services for Hong Kong local addresses.
* 配送時間：商品將於下單後 7-14 個工作天內送達（工作天不含公眾假期及週末）。
  Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days after purchase (Business days exclude public holidays and weekends).

2. 注意事項 / Important Notes
* 請於付款前務必核對並確認您的收貨地址正確無誤，我們將根據訂單上填寫的地址進行發貨。
  Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment, as this is the address we will ship to.
* 如遇不可抗力之因素（如惡劣天氣、颱風、黑色暴雨警告或系統故障等），訂單處理及送貨時間將會有所延誤。
  When encountering force majeure (such as extreme weather, typhoons, black rainstorm warnings, or system issues), the processing and delivery of orders will be delayed.
* 我們在出貨前會採取所有合理的包裝保護措施以確保產品完好。若商品在運輸過程中不幸受損，請於收到貨品後 3 個工作天內聯絡我們。
  We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 business days after receiving your shipment.

3. 訂單追蹤 / Order Tracking
* 成功下單後，您將收到一封訂單確認電郵。
  After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email.
* 商品寄出後，系統會發送出貨通知電郵，內含物流承運商資訊及包裹追蹤單號，您可以隨時至物流官網查詢最新配送狀態。
  Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including the carrier's information and package tracking numbers. You can track your items on the carrier's official website.
